Refund Policy

Please take note of the following information regarding our refund policy:

Refunds are possible in the following situations:

  • Duplicated services: If we have sold you two identical services instead of two different ones.
  • Invalid service: If the service you received does not work.
  • Undelivered service: If you have paid for a service but haven't received it within 24 hours.

However, refunds, replacements, or cancellations are NOT possible in the following situations:

  • A successful purchase of a working service.
  • Purchase of a working service that a user later decides they do not need.
  • Technical issues not directly related to UTop.
  • Simultaneous purchase of several similar or different services, where the user tries to get a refund for all services that do not fit their needs after using them and choosing one that best suits them.
  • Undelivered service due to an incorrect email address: We are not responsible for failing to obtain a service because you provided an invalid email address or if your email service provider rejects our emails. It is the client's responsibility to provide a correct and working email address. We recommend creating a UTop account to avoid these technical issues.
  • Refunds will not be issued if the company is non-operational due to technical issues, the website is inaccessible or closed due to court or law, or any other issue.
  • Reselling the purchased product or service.

How to apply for a refund?

To apply for a refund, please "Contact us" and provide the following information. (If there is not enough information provided, the request for a refund will not be considered.)

  • UTop order ID
  • Email address used for the purchase
  • Date of purchase
  • Payment amount
  • Payment method and transaction ID
  • Description of your purchase and all other relevant details.

Please note that our current policy only allows for the cancellation of a purchase if the order is not delivered even after 24 hours. If payment for your order has already been made to the company (regardless of the order status), the order will enter processing mode and cannot be refunded. As this is an exclusively online product, it is impossible to cancel or exchange it due to product characteristics.
