1. Delivery Time

  • Instant Delivery: Products marked with this badge are delivered automatically after successful payment confirmation, provided the payment method supports automatic processing.
  • Manual Delivery: Products marked with this badge are processed manually during our working hours.
  • Manual Payment Verification: Some payment methods require manual verification. Orders using these methods will not be delivered automatically, even for Instant Delivery products.

2. Where to Find Your Voucher Codes

Once your order is fulfilled, your voucher codes are available through the following channels:

  • Order Success Page: Displayed after successful instant delivery.
  • Email: Sent to the email address provided during checkout.
  • My Account: Available under the Vouchers section for registered users.

3. Track Your Order

Check your order status anytime on our Track Order page.

4. Delayed Deliveries

If your voucher code has not arrived:

  1. Check your JUNK/SPAM folder.
  2. Check your order status and, if registered, your Vouchers section.
  3. If you have not received your order within 24 hours, contact support.

5. Important Notes

  • Provide a valid email address and avoid temporary email services.
  • Activate your voucher code within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Keep your codes secure. We cannot be held responsible for codes lost, stolen, or misused after delivery.
