The term 'uTop.us' or 'us' or 'we' refers to the owner of the website. The term 'you' 'customers' or 'user' refers to the user or viewer of our website.
- Orders will be processed only after receipt of payment in full. Information regarding the status of your order will be sent to the email provided during registration or checkout.
- The processing lead-time of your order depends on the means of payment you have chosen and time of order.
Usually, it does not exceed 24 hours for online payments during working hours.
Orders will be completed within 24 hours once the payment is received in our bank accounts or our intermediate payment account.
- In the event of incomplete payment, we will process the order once the missing amount is received.
All unpaid paid orders are treated as cancelled and will be deleted from the system within 7days.
- Please provide a valid email address for delivery of service and periodically check your junk/spam folder. In case of a wrong, invalid or temporary email, we will be not responsible for delay and loss.
- We reserve the right to extend the processing delay of order in the event of external factors beyond our control (e.g. crashes/breakdowns relating to the server, Internet, electricity supply, supplier service, agent handling payment, banks etc.).
We also reserve the right to impose additional control of transactions which we consider to be suspicious.
- Due to the nature of services, if an order is already processed/completed, then it is not possible to offer cancellation or a refund.
In the case of a request for an account extension, please provide valid information. We are not liable for issues or loss caused by incorrectly entered data.
- Given our quick delivery of the orders, we advise you to make your request of cancellation as quickly as possible. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that your demand can still be taken into consideration. Reimbursement will be completed within seven working days.
- All personal data provided during registration will be exclusively used for processing your orders and verifying suspicious transactions.
- All complaints or remarks on errors on our part should be reported by using the email address provided during registration or checkout.
- We deliver genuine vouchers/coupons/keys/accounts. After delivery of service, it's your responsibility to keep it safe and activate it within 24 hrs.
If by any chance it is lost, stolen or by some other way you lost command over your account, we won’t be able to restore, refund or replace it.
- As per file-hosting companies policy, we appoint only to resell premium vouchers/coupons/keys/accounts, "Not For Technical Issues".
So for that, we request you. Please contact the relevant file-hosting support team.
We do not have access or authority to provide product-related customer support, for which you need to contact the respected company.
- We facilitate reselling and distribution services as an alternative payment processor for companies independently. We are NOT associated with them in any way and have no control over their system.
Our job is to provide the customer with premium access by providing vouchers/coupons/keys/accounts for the ordered product/service.
It is also understood that a customer must research before purchasing any service, as order once processed, it cannot be refunded.
Any technical issue or any other issue related to the product has to be addressed by concerning companies customer care.
We can only extend help in payment related issues which a customer makes to us.
We cannot be held liable for any financial or legal loss due to any problems arising from concerning company.
File-hosting services can change their mode of operation or products or services any time; hence, customer should purchase premium memberships only when they accept the terms and conditions of respected companies.
Life Time Premium account is premium accounts valid until the company exists.
Sharing/Downloading of any copyrighted material is an offence punishable by law. File hosting account should be used to share or backup personal files.
We DO NOT & will NEVER host any of the files to our server.
Refund will not be issued if the company is non-operational due to some technical issue or closed due to court or closed by law or any other matter or website is not accessible.
